Paris Caramels becomes Mon Pari Gourmand
In 2019, the second and third generations of the family-run company PARIS-CARAMELS took the decision to change the company’s name to MON PARI GOURMAND.

In addition to the company’s original caramels, product lines have expanded to include pâtes de fruit and chocolates which, in turn, required a new manufacturing site: a factory was built in the Oise department, firstly in Beauvais and, a few years later, in Allonne on a site spanning some 3500m².
Recognised by its peers for its unparalleled expertise and the exceptional quality of its products, the company’s primary focus is professionals: holders of the prestigious title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France, pastry chefs, chocolatiers, confectioners and fine food stores, including some of the most well-known names in the business.
A family-run company for over 40 years
37 employees produce 170 tonnes of confectionery every year for 1,500 customers all over the world.
Because customer relations are at the heart of the family-run company’s creative process, Mon Pari Gourmand has built a shop in its production unit in Allonne. Day-to-day contact with customers enables the company to respond to their feedback on all the collection’s recipes.
Two types of service
Mon Pari Gourmand offers two types of service:
Collections: Mon Pari Chocolates, Mon Pari Pralines, Mon Pari Caramels, Mon Pari Pâtes de Fruit, Mon Pari Liqueurs and more. These include 600 products which are always in stock and are sold by in various independent shops in France and internationally.
Bespoke production: more than 2,000 new recipes have been created for high-end brands and companies which want to use artisan production methods for their own lines of products and packaging.
